We may carry out free UK searches on your behalf. The searches are conducted free of charge on the website of the UK Intellectual Property Office. Our search reports should not be substituted for a search report produced by a Chartered Trademark Attorney. Our search reports act only as a guide towards proceeding with your trademark application. We do not represent at any time that our search reports are accurate and we can also not guarantee that there would be no objections to the registration of your trademark by third parties or the UK Trademark Office during the registration process.

COMPREHENSIVE UK TRADEMARK SEARCH

You may ask us to provide you with a comprehensive UK trademark search. This search shall relate to searches conducted on the UK, EU and International Trademark Register. The International search shall only relate to international applications designating the UK and EU. The search will only reveal your right to use the trademark in the UK. If you would like to use the trademark outside of the UK, you would need to carry out searches in the specific country.

UK TRADEMARK APPLICATIONS

We file your UK trademark applications on the website of the UK Intellectual Property Office. Your application once filed will go through the examination process. Objections may be raised by the Examiners or third parties. If no objections are raised, your trademark certificate shall be issued.

INTERNATIONAL APPLICATIONS

We may assist you with filing trademark, patent or design applications in foreign countries.
